By using the website located at concretecompanysantarosa.com or by engaging Precision Santa Rosa Concrete for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
Precision Santa Rosa Concrete provides concrete contracting services to residential and commercial property owners, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalk building, decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, and related concrete flatwork and structural services. All services are performed in the State of California by licensed and insured professionals.
All estimates provided by Precision Santa Rosa Concrete are free of charge and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work, such as unexpected soil conditions, buried obstructions, or changes in material costs beyond our control.
We will notify you in writing of any necessary adjustments before proceeding with work that would result in additional charges. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute a commitment to a specific price.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing after a signed contract and, where applicable, permit approval. We make every reasonable effort to begin work on the confirmed date. Delays due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors beyond our control may result in adjusted start dates. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization and material preparation costs. The specific fee, if any, will be stated in your written contract.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be stated in writing before any work starts.
Accounts that remain unpaid 30 days after the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
Precision Santa Rosa Concrete will obtain all required permits for work that requires them under local, county, and state regulations. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized in the written estimate. We will not perform work that requires a permit without first obtaining that permit. Any client request to proceed without required permits will be declined.
Precision Santa Rosa Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in California. We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to address it at no charge, provided the defect is not the result of misuse, modifications made by others, acts of nature, or failure to follow our care and maintenance instructions.
This warranty covers workmanship only. It does not cover normal concrete behavior such as minor surface cracking due to curing or seasonal ground movement, color variation, or surface wear from ordinary use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Santa Rosa Concrete's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding with respect to any dispute covered by this section.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above will be brought exclusively in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
